 Mike Burgelin is the president of Marketing Formulas, Inc.
He has over 16 years of experience in sales and marketing that include beneficial years spent in the Jan/San industry as a successful distributor sales representative, sales manager and manufacturers’ representative.
Mike seized on the opportunity to create selling and marketing strategies for each position- winning numerous awards from companies such as Windsor Equipment, Fresh Products and Canberra Corporation.
He continued his success in sales and marketing in the payroll/employee leasing industry, eventually starting his own business- Innovative Business Consultants. Using creative marketing techniques (some of which he pioneered), he built his business into one of the largest brokering companies in the employee leasing industry, saving employers millions of dollars on employer-related costs.
Mike is a sales and marketing expert with real-world experience gained in the trenches over the last two decades.
Mike has written and published many articles for business owners on topics such as payroll taxes, insurance and employee management. He personally consults with hundreds of business owners each year on business growth, start-ups, sales, marketing and other topics.
He was recognized by the Florida Business Advisory Council for business and professional success in 2003.
He lives in Gainesville, Florida with his wife Jennifer and their two children, Drew and Abby.
